Jin Sun and Ben were married at Haggin Oaks Golf Course in Sacramento on a beautiful April afternoon. The Pavilion at Haggin Oaks is one of the premier golf course wedding venues in all of the Sacramento valley. Jin Sun and Ben had a large bridal party and wanted to enjoy their cocktail hour with family and wedding guest. So they opted to do a first look before the ceremony so that they could get most all of the wedding photos done with before the ceremony even started. They are many locations to take pictures at within Haggin Oaks’s property from the perfectly manicured golf course to the oak forest locations that surround the area. We found this location on the way back to the ceremony site after taking their first look pictures. We were short on time, so I asked the two of them to walk down the road into the sun were I snapped some quick photos. After that I just had the two of them walk back down the road to me and that’s when I snapped this beauty! I just love how everything lined up with all the green grass, the worn out dirt road for them to walk on and just the natural expressions on their faces as they got closer to me. I’m pretty sure I said something stupid to make them smile at me. It goes to show you that sometimes you don’t need to spend tons of time in one location to create a great photo. I think we were in that one location for a total of maybe three or four minutes.
