Shanon and Kip had their dream wedding at Lake Tahoe Golf Course in South Lake Tahoe on a perfect summer day. Even though Lake Tahoe Golf Course isn’t located on the lake it’s still a pretty location for events with pine trees all around, mountain meadows, views of some of Tahoe’s tallest mountain peaks and the Upper Truckee River that flows through the property. Right before heading to their reception I took Shanon and Kip down to a section of the Upper Truckee River that was low enough for us to stand right next to the flowing water to take some photos. I had the two of them stand with in a couple of feet of the river and placed them in a basic pose so that I could capture some pictures with the back of Shanon’s dress showing. She had a stunning dress with tons of details all over it and the back of the dress was to die for, with lace, an opened up back and a white bow to top it off. I had the two of them look at the camera for a couple of the shots and that’s when I took this lovely photograph of the two of them. They just look so relaxed and happy on their wedding day next to the Upper Truckee River with all green vegetation around them, which helps make them stand out in the photo. A couple of minutes later we climbed back up in the river bank to headed over to their reception were the enjoyed themselves with all their guest for the rest of the day.
